A practical, hands-on course that gets your team using Claude for real work: writing, research, document analysis and, for technical teams, coding.
Course Overview
Most teams try an AI assistant, get mixed results, and stop. The difference is knowing how to give it context, check its work and fit it into the way your team already works.
This course is taught by the engineers who build AI agents for our clients. Every exercise uses your own kind of documents and tasks, so your team leaves with workflows they use the next morning, not slides they forget.
What We Cover
Every module is hands-on, and examples are tailored to your industry and your team's real work.
Giving Claude context, examples and a clear format. Turning vague requests into reliable, repeatable prompts.
Shared workspaces with your documents and standing instructions, so the whole team gets consistent answers.
Reading long reports, comparing contracts, pulling figures from spreadsheets, and drafting from source material.
Emails, proposals, meeting notes, research and reports, mapped to tasks your team already does each week.
Optional module for technical teams: using Claude Code to read codebases, write and review code, and run tests.
Data privacy, checking for mistakes, and a simple AI usage policy your company can adopt after the course.
Who It's For
Finance, HR, sales, admin and management staff who write, research and handle documents every day.
Engineers who want to use Claude Code in their daily work, through the optional technical module.
